Always very patient

I want to brag on your team.  Your technicians not only help me when I am stuck or frustrated with something, but as always stay very patient with my lack of IT knowledge.  When I still don’t fully understand it, they even remote in and do it for me!  That is not the case today when dealing with other companies.  Please let your team know how much they are appreciated.
